The Managing company arranges choice, order and purchase of the necessary furniture and equipment, its delivery and installation. Also the Managing company may arrange refurbishment if requested.
The PEGAS site is located at the circumurban road of Budva, near the Norma store, hotel MAX PRESTIGE. In the nearby also the medical center ANEA, a bakery and in few minutes’ walk from the department store “MEGA” is located. It takes 940 meters walk to the beach, 2,400 meters to the Old town, 690 meters to post office and bank.
The apartments in the PEGAS site are served by the managing company providing paid services.
Upon your reguest you can order a cleaning of the apartment. We also offer additional services such as laundry, dry-cleaning, food buying and delivery etc. Such an approach is one of the main principles of the "full service" which is you enjoy your time without woarrying the household.
During your long absence your apartment can be leased on your request. In this case, the Managing company will undertake the process of choice of tenants and conduct of the business regulations.
We can also arrange a transfer from and to the airport, to the beach or any place you would require at any time.
Terms of Payment
Down payment 90% on acceptance and signing of the purchase contract.
2nd installment of 10% on closing (when the Developer obtaims a Certificate of Acceptance of the Building by the State Commission of Montenegro and the Cadastral Registry Certificate)
